Terms

These terms cover the One Team apps at oneteam.love and the optional One Team Love SMS program, operated by Sean Ross.

Using the apps

Use the apps lawfully and respectfully. Submit information you have the right to share. Do not impersonate others, enter someone else’s number to sign them up for messages, send spam, or interfere with the service. You remain responsible for your content and give us permission to process it to provide the features you use.

Shared links and group features can make your entries visible to other participants. The apps help with everyday coordination; confirm important arrangements yourself. They are not emergency services, and reminders or forecasts should not be relied on for safety-critical decisions.

Optional text messages — the One Team Love SMS program

Program name: One Team Love Reminders & Sign-In Codes, operated by Sean Ross (doing business as One Team Love), oneteam.love.

What we send: reminders you explicitly choose to receive by text on oneteam.love/sms, and sign-in codes sent only at the moment you request one. We send no marketing or promotional messages and we never text numbers from purchased lists. The reminder signup currently saves a preference only: reminder delivery is not yet enabled, and your number must be verified before reminders can be sent. The separate phone sign-in test sends the code you request when you tap Send code.

How you opt in: on oneteam.love/sms you enter your own US mobile number and select an optional checkbox that starts unchecked. Consent to reminder texts is optional, is not a condition of using the apps or of any purchase, and is separate from accepting these terms. A sign-in code is sent only when you specifically request one; it does not grant permission for recurring or promotional texts.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with the reminders you request; sign-in codes follow your requests. Msg & data rates may apply under your mobile plan. Your carrier may charge you for incoming or outgoing messages.

Stop messages, opt back in, or get help

For sign-in texts, reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or START to opt back in. You may receive one confirmation of your opt-out. A STOP reply can block other texts from the same sender, including sign-in codes, until you reply START. You can withdraw the saved reminder preference at oneteam.love/sms in the same browser, or contact support at [email protected].

Tell us if your number changes or is reassigned. Delivery depends on messaging providers and carriers; messages may be delayed or fail to arrive. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Availability and changes

The apps are evolving and may change or be temporarily unavailable. We may restrict use that is abusive or unlawful. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.

Privacy and contact

See our Privacy Policy for how information and SMS consent records are handled. We will update these terms and their effective date as the service changes.
